Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific Sony part you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and protective padding to prevent sensitive electronic components from being damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for faster processing at our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's serial number and condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
